Good size apartment , modern with all commodities. Very well situated, close to 2 metro stations, Arc de Triomphe et les Champs Élysées. The owner provided us with clear information before arrival and even came during our stay to fix a minor problem

the location is 7 minutes walk from the Arc de triomphe. most essential things you need are available in the apartment.
This property is the perfect little place for a stay in the City! Lovely safe area close to two metro stations and many restaurants and markets within a very short walk. It is also so close to the arc that you can see it from corner. The building is well kept and quiet and it had all of the amenities we needed including surprisingly good water pressure and comfortable beds (yes even the sofa bed). Loved being able to open all of the windows up and was thankful for the little elevator after long days of walking the city.
The owner was very easy to communicate with and made the check in process very easy and simple with instructions and pictures as well as an info binder in the apt. I would definitely stay here again :)
The owner of the property was very helpful in the lead up to the booking. We had clear and very helpful communication and instructions on how to find the apartment, key locks, parking, metro maps etc It was fantastic.
The location itself is amazing, so central we just walked everywhere plus local restaurants, cafes and supermarkets for all you need. It felt safe, clean and perfect for a break in Paris. We definitely would recommend and stay again ourselves.
