The location was very close to everywhere most of the time, if you like walking it’s your type.Sacre Couer, Museum Orsay, Louvre, even Eiffel Tower..
Around Xmas time most restaurants would be closed but after Boxing Day they were open, the house is close to markets and restaurants.
Also Pierre was very helpful, his house is very clean and you have all the stuff you need in open kitchen.
The house is warm and silent.

Classic elevator(!), blackout curtains, bed, shower pressure, all great for my solo stay. Charming host lives in the building.
Pierre's place is in a great location. Short walk or bike to the Louvre. Easy to get bikes as there were a ton right outside of the apartment. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a central location!
Fantastic location with all the amenities of home!
The property was easy to get into and the communication with the owner was fast and easy.
Location was amazing and the apt had great light and comfort. The top floor is like a little oasis in the middle of a great neighborhood. The bed was really comfortable and the bath is all that you need. The internet was great for everything but we were not able to get netflix to work - only to watch a movie after too much walking - but worked well otherwise.
