The apartment was clean, well furnished and well priced considering the location.
Not counting a one night airport hotel stay this was the last of several spots we stayed in over a 15 day period driving around cote d'azure and was by far the nicest and our favorite....once we were in it. My (adult) daughter was with us for one of the 4 nights we stayed and both her more futon type bed and the standard bed in the room were very comfortable - the a/c gets US level cold (and the host left it on before we got there - so it was cold walking in!) - the shower/bathroom was recently renovated I think but definitely the best shower we had the whole trip. Netflix was a great bonus to have at night to wind down. The location is very convenient to the major areas and attractions. It's small but well organized - might have gotten a little tight if we had all three stayed the whole time but was a great size for two.
Great location (close to the old port, Le Panier neighborhood), the apartment is perfectly renovated and has everything you need, including towels, soap/gel, coffee/tea, crockery and cutlery in the kitchen, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV, large bed. The apartment is clean, internet with very good speed. There is a possibility of late arrival (keys must be taken at the hotel on the opposite side of the building, but the owner provides the most detailed instructions for getting the keys and entering the apartment). The size of the apartment is small, but two people were comfortable.
The stairs in the entrance are not in good condition, but I think this is a feature of the old building, there is a switch near the apartment and downstairs near the entrance to turn on the staircase lights.
The entrance door has some difficulty to open, it takes a little bit of skill to open it without problems.
The whole apartment and especially the internet connection were above and beyond what I expected. Very nice. Way better than a hotel room.
