Located in Languedoc-Roussillon region, Auberge Val Moureze features an outdoor heated swimming pool and a sun terrace. A private wellness center with a hot tub, sauna and massages is available upon prior request, for an extra fee. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from Lac Salagou and only 656 feet from Moureze. Decorated in a contemporary-style with tiled floors, the rooms at Val Moureze are all soundproof and air-conditioned. Each comes with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom with amenities. Guests can enjoy the buffet or continental breakfast on the shaded terrace. The seasonal restaurant 'La Terrasse' is open for dinner only. The owner of the property was very welcoming and attentive. Even though the hotel restaurant was closed, he managed to arrange for me to dine that evening at another restaurant in the village, despite my lack of advance notice that I would like this. The restaurant was outstanding, While the room was small, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a lovely, secluded setting.

We have been travelling to Moureze for many years now as a friend owns a home in the village. We normally stay with them but decided to treat ourselves this year and stay in the Auberge. We had a gorgeous spacious room with a lovely balcony and it was really special to see the surrounding mountains from a different perspective. We used the pool a lot in the 6 days we stayed there and Jean Pierre was good enough to let our two friends join us by the pool each time we used it. The staff in Auberge are simply wonderful. From the daily smiling beaming faces of the cleaning ladies, to the helpfulness of the dining/bar staff. I also availed of a massage in the spa, which was divine! We ate in the restaurant with our friends as well and it was super. We will definitely be back!
We loved it. We had done a lot of travel so to rest here was perfect. The host John-Pierre was so welcoming and helpful. Just a lovely person. He also had a cool dog!
The pool is exceptional. Having a restaurant onsite is really good and all the staff are very friendly.
