Nice big room with view on beautiful garden. Definitely eat in the restaurant when you’re staying, great food. Very friendly staff.
Location is rural but really nice a quiet. Has an old school family business feel about it.
The restaurant was superb my wife had the gourmet menu at 40euros and I had the standard evening menu at 28 euro
Both were excellent.
This is my second stay at Auberge des Pins as I seem to pass through Sabres during my cycling adventures in the area (this time Pau to Bordeaux mini break). It never disappoints: Bike friendly place, friendly staff, spacious clean rooms with view to green quiet garden/park. And the restaurant is, without a doubt, the best in town!
The fabulous part of this little inn is the location and the restaurant - one of the best meals we had - like stepping back in time but that's not always a bad thing and the dinner was worth the stay. delicious classical French cookery and a great wine list.
