The flat is on the ground floor, which is convenient. It is very quiet, and is by the lift to the underground car park. Very good and secure underground parking, by the way. The flat is in a complex that has no access for cars soI had to leave mine in a very inconvenient spot while I went to find the flat and garage keys, as street parking is limited. The same when I left, as I need the key to leave the car park but then had to park awkwardly on the street while I returned the keys to the pick up point. Once you know the system it’s easy!

The reviews that claimed the apartment was less than clean must live on a different planet to the rest of us. Great apartment in a great location with secure parking. We liked it so much we have rebooked for September. Rouen is an amazing city. Recommend the Joan D'arc museum.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

Uitstekend locatie voor het oude centrum. Top dat er een ondergronds parkeergarage erbij hoort. En er was een wasmachine.

De accommodatie is gunstig in de stad gelegen vlakbij alle bezienswaardigheden.
