Great location, extremely quiet, fully equipped. To sum up it was like paradise. The outdoor space was fairytale. The pool was amazing, intimate, the water was quite warm and great to enjoy it on sunny days. There were a lot of beautiful flowers all around the garden. It was perfecf that we also had a lovely private garden. The apartment is in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, decorated with excellent taste and had every gadget you could need. The amazing beach "Juan les Pins" is very close to the apartment, 3 minutes walking. We will return for sure! Manon, the welcoming host was kind and very helpful. Thanks to the hosts, Nathalie and Laurent, for offering tourists a wonderful and memorable holiday.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area only a few minutes from the beaches / bars and restaurants at Juan Les Pins. It is also located very close to several supermarkets and the train station. The apartment is in excellent condition, it was spotlessly clean and had every gadget that you could need on holiday, a real home from home. Parking is underground and very convenient. The added bonus is the amazing private garden and patio with a barbeque. Although we did not use it because of the time of the year, there is a nice pool in the gardens / grounds too. We were met by Katia on arrival and departure who was excellent. All in all this apartment is highly recommended.

A beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, with everything provided by the host. Well situated near the beach, shops,restaurants, and bus stops, with the added bonus of a shared pool, which was well maintained. The garden also provided an excellent place to unwind. In a quiet environment, this is a perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday.
