Location. Close to waterfront and also to the walled part of the old city. But this immediate are is not the prettiest part of Boulogne
Nice ground floor studio, good heating and comfortable bed. Location was good, just 5/10 min walk to the city walls, we actually walked everywhere, to the pier and back too.
A nice square with restaurants and bars easy 5 minute walk. One street very close to the apartment has free parking, we were lucky enough to get the last available spot, so left the car there for the 2 night stay and walked everywhere. Parking looked expensive in the paying spots at €1 an hour. So we were glad we got the free space. We really enjoyed our stay, nice quiet area, comfortable flat and walkable to all the sights. Good wi-fi and responsive hosts.
Very nice host who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nice. Also great position for the old town.
I loved absolutely everything. Denis, my host was so obliging and helpful, he made me feel welcome and comfortable. The appartment was so nice in every way. It was so cosy and comfortable. The kitchen was wonderful as were the bed and shower. So glad I stayed 2 nights. Even though the hosts are extra fussy about their belongings, if you take their fuss lightly it works out great.
Very clean, lots of extras such as hairdryer, coffee machine etc. Very comfortable.
