Our hosts were great! The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Easy walking distance to everything you need or want. Andre was extremely accommodating with suggestions of places to see and things to do. (The Grotte de Lombrives was an interesting and educational tour. I recommend it.) Just across the street from the front entrance is a path that takes you to a great vantage point of Tarascon sur Ariege and beyond, to various points of historic interest. In addition, the kitchen is very well equipped. We were able to enjoy Netflix in the late evenings, too. The town sits in part of a gorgeous glacial valley and its people are friendly and helpful. And the mountains are beautiful!
Lovely location in beautiful old town of Tarascon-sur-Ariege; so everything was literally on the doorstep-spectaular views, footpaths & roads, plus nice restaurants + bars.
Apartment lovely, clean, modern with all the contemporary comforts you could wish for-washing machine, coffee machine, big fridge: just like being at home & far superior to a hotel room for a very good price.
