Emplacement en plein centre de St Etienne, avec un arrêt de tram juste en bas de l'immeuble.
Appartement très moderne avec des équipements de qualité, un long balcon.
Hyper centre à proximité de tout resto commerces alimentaires/logement propre et fonctionnel agencé d’éléments hautes gammes/transports au pied de l’immeuble

Le bel appartement semble que le propriétaire était une très jolie femme, belle décoration, joli balcon ; J'ai adoré, j'ai passé un très bon moment
