Very good location, less than 5 minutes from underground station and about 10 min from the East Paris Station (by underground). Lots of food shops around and restaurants.
Very cosy place with all that was needed, bed, kitchen, shower. It felt comfortable and welcoming.
Very good communication with the host is also a plus.

Clean house and bathroom. Useful kitchen, kitchen equipment avalaible. 200 meters away from the metro. There Is a FranPrix store in the same street.
The apartment is not big, but inside there is everything you need and there is an exit to the courtyard. The house is located 7 minutes from the metro, there are minimarkets and bakeries along the road, and a large supermarket near the metro. The owner of the apartment was responsive to all our requests. Thanks a lot.
The arrondissement and location, it felt very safe. Really close to the metro and to 4 supermarkets. The apartment was great
