Great location. Next door to a bar, opposite the train station and two shops. Good aircon. Has iron, Hair dryer and cooking facilities. Easy step by step remote check-in and good communication from the host. Provided coffee, tea, chocolates, water. Comfy bed and comfy couch bed. Good shower.

The accommodation was centrally located and right next to the train which made it super easy to explore the Riviera. There were several grocery stores nearby and also a shopping center across the train station. I had a great time!

Amazing location, right opposite the train station. Has a lift so good for taking luggage upstairs. It has everything you need, well equipped kitchen. comfy bed. Owner was really helpful checking me in and was flexible on the time which was really good as I had lots of luggage.

The appartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, convenient for any direction in Nice if you travel on a plane. You can reach the Old Town by many different types of public transportation. I needed to change my arrival time due to a meeting immediately after the landing of my flight, and I wrote on chat of the site booking to tell the host about the schedule and to ask about this change and he was very kind and gentle. I appreciate a lot his welcoming and positive vibe. I would definitely look for rebooking the appart if I will have another occasion to go back to Nice. There are all the utilities you need for a longer stay as well.
