Great location walkable to many attractions. Front desk staff were very helpful. Room was spotless.

Breakfast was good value
Great staff, clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious enough for my needs. I was on the last floor. The roof slants a bit, but only over the bed, so not a problem. Tip: the 5th floor rooms are a bit bigger than the other, 8m2 ones. Air conditioning much appreciated.

Wonderful staff, helpful and friendly, room on 5th floor under eaves big enough for my needs (apparently bigger than the rooms on the other floors), quiet, as requested. A Franprix across the street, within easy walking distance from Panier area and Mucem and Cosquer museum.
They have an elevator and air conditioning. This last point was amazing during my first two days when it was so hot. Later, l turned it off as l am not used to having AC.
The manager is very professional and eager to please.
It's not far from the SNCF train station (€11.20 Uber ride or quick metro connection).
