Free Parking This is the dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed at. The toilet was filthy, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly and descaled for weeks. There was grime around the washand basin plug and black hair in the bath. The quilt cover was stained, looked like blood spots and the skirting boards were thick with dust. Apart from that if the bedroom standards are so low what are the other areas that you can't see like. I'm my opinion there is no control or supervision over the cleaning standards and based on our experience it's not even a 1* let alone 4. Thr management response was that they were proud of the hotel but would speak to the housekeeper. I'd be ashamed if it was me. We certainly wouldn't stay there again or recommend it.
