Great hotel and great staff in Loches, they help me to change the date of my arrival, the staff is great and the hotel is the best in Loches
The location is outstanding, beautiful hotel, and the rooms are clean and I loved the look of them. The AC worked reasonably well and was very necessary! I found almost all the staff very friendly and helpful, particularly the lady who checked me in and worked so hard through the weekend. I also enjoyed the pool and steam room. Everything is walkable with a grocery store, boulangeries and restaurants nearby. The open market on Sunday was wonderful! And of course a short walk away is the Keep, church and lodge which are spectacular.
The hotel was a very pleasant surprise - nicely appointed, great staff, and very comfortable room.
Great location in the center of town, good facilities ,room was a small comfort room ,comfortable bed
Dinner was enjoyable. We loved the situation of the hotel.
