The location of the flat is convenient to reach the center easily. Everything is clean and the bed is comfortable.
The bed was super comfortable and the location was perfect, specially if you have to go to the Pole universitaire.
Le logement est propre ,il dispose d équipements ( cuisine ) très appréciable .
Nous sommes restés pour le week end ,la localisation nous a permis de visiter à pied le vieux centre de Rouen ,les places extérieures étant gratuites le dimanche , c était idéal .
La communication est excellente avec les propriétaires .
L appartement situé au 2 e et dernier étage permet un confort auditif .

Ben arredato, con cucina funzionale, accogliente, in zona non centrale ma vicinissima al centro. Comodo per chi ha la macchina, sia con parcheggio in strada sia al chiuso a pagamento molto vicino.
