Splendid view of the bay of Cannes and the mountains. The property is less than 50 m from the beach. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The host is very nice and helpful.
The location right across from a beautiful beach was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, well decorated and had a huge balcony with sea views. The kitchen was well equiped and we liked the use of the clothes washer.

Stunning views from the living room windows and from the balcony, together with the sound of the surf, create an indescribable atmosphere in the house.
Even on the hottest days, the cool sea breeze creates coolness and freshness in the apartment.
Excellent clean sea coast with crystal clear water 30 seconds walk from the house (the coast is marked with a special flag, which means that the conditions on the beach are of a high standard).
My wife originally planned to travel a lot around the area, but in the end she said that she feels like in paradise, lying in an armchair in the living room and enjoying the sounds, sights and smells of the sea, and does not want to go anywhere :).
The apartment is also equipped with everything, required for the comfort long-term living.
