Everything was perfect. The hotel and spa was Inside the Remparts, flexible check in and check out. The heated pool was AMAZING.
The location, service, facilities, and view were amazing. We have recommended it to our family and friends, and we will be coming back again.

Communication prior to arrival was excellent as not the easiest to access. You park in Parking 1 outside the city wall (included in the room price) and it's a short walk through the main gate to the hotel. The design of this hotel is fabulous, very much rooted in the style of the Camargue with exposed stone and honeyed earth tiles, plus all the personal touches creating a very luxurious feel. We loved the little film on the room TV showing the restoration of the building. Room no 5 was gorgeous and the view from the window resonated Aigues Mortes. We particularly appreciated the wide rain shower, and even the loo was elegant!! Spa looked good although we didn't have the time to use it, but had drinks seated in the lounging sofas on the forecourt. Staff were most helpful. Highly recommended and we really enjoyed our stay.
