The staff very friendly. They help us bringing all our luggages in our room! With two young kids, it was such a good gesture from them. You can refill your water bottle at the front desk with clean water. Very nice and bright bathroom with good shampoo and body wash.
Staff were friendly and very helpful to teo tired, slightly wet cyclists. Staff also sorted a secure (ondoor) room for our bikes. The food (pizza at bar/breakfast) and ale were top notch. (Very nice)

The staff were so helpful. They kept our bikes safe and were so friendly.
Fantastic staff who got us cold water to drink while we checked in on a hot day. Very safe bicycle storage; and the hotel is on the V3 bike trail and opposite a brilliant bakery that makes sandwiches and salads etc which is useful for the day you leave. We ate at the hotel and the food was fresh, homemade and service was super, excellent value for money: salad, turkey curry with sweet potato and pudding.
Comfortable hotel close to the cycle path. The staff were lovely and efficient. Our bikes were stored inside (in a conference room!). We ate a very nice meal at the hotel, they rang us earlier in the day to see if we wanted to book a table as the hotel was busy.
We just stayed one night. There's a boulangerie next door where we bought filled baguettes for lunch.
