Location, cleanliness, the fact that it had a clothes washer and full kitchen. Comfortable bed and lots of storage in bedroom.
The apartment was amazing. It had all the comforts of home. We shopped at the Saturday market (right outside the door) and were able to prepare our meal with all the necessary cooking pans and utensils. It was close to all the sites and near an abundance of restaurants. Gwen is a very accommodating host, we would recommend this apartment.

Gwen has the apartment set up beautifully and she has gone above and beyond what most owners foresee their guests wanting or needing. Plus the location honestly could not have been more convenient
Great location. Close to restaurants and shops. Felt comfy not cramped like a cold hotel room. Nice to get up and not have to get dressed for breakfast in a hotel. Supermarket right down the street to get water and breakfast items. Garage parking right next to police station just a short distant down the street.
