Très sécurisé , un garage pour notre voiture , proche centre ville , quartier très calme , appartement spacieux et lumineux.
Super appartement, très propre, lumineux. Propriétaire très agréable
Appartement idéalement situé : très proche à pied du centre ville et il bénéficie d'une jolie vue.
C'est un dernier étage et il n'y a aucun bruit de voisinage.
L'équipement est très bien fourni.
On peut aller en ville à pied en 10 mn c'est très appréciable. Nous sommes allés au musée de la Vache qui rit et au parc des termes notamment, avec arrêt rue du commerce sur le retour. A l appartement,le balcon est aussi un plus : repas à partir de 13 heures avec le soleil qui tape moins fort. Le confort est là aussi avec lave vaisselle et lave linge.
Appartement très bien situé , nous avons pu nous balader à pied dans le centre ville sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture .Appartement très calme
