We enjoyed our stay at Chez Sabrina very much. It's a big house and there are three large supermarkets within 10 min walk. The beach is about 12 min walk and the tram to take you to the centre is 10 min walk. It's only three stops on the tram (5 minutes) to get to the centre of Nice which we were happy with. The rooms are spacious and there is small balcony. Sabrina the host was friendly and helpful. The house does get very hot in the middle of the summer, there is no air con. We knew that and we were fine with it, but some people might find that a problem. The kitchen was well equipped which was great as we eat most our meals at home. All in all we were very happy with our stay. Thank you.

This apartament is located on a quiet little side street on the foot of the hill. You can hear the birds from the hill chirping in the morning) Bus station is not far, like a 3 min walk. Plenty little businesses around, kebab, pizza, burgers, a little mixed store etc. 2 larger chain stores are at a 5-7 mins walk from the house. The sea side and the tram station are at 10-15 min walk. The neighborhood is quiet. There are 2 bedrooms and a cabinet which can be transformed in a sleeping space too. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living and a guest toilet. The kitchen is quie well equipped. In the living room there is a large TV with Apple TV and a HiFi sound system. The host was amazing, attentive and helpful with everything we needed. Overall we can say it was a good stay at a good price. Of course, the house, the furniture and equipemnt are not new, and require some attention, but it was clean and nothing critical to complain. Thank you!

Charming and helpful hostess. Lovely welcome, and we appreciated the gift of wine very much. The house is very well equipped, the bed really comfortable, and the situation, with access to bus, tram and beach was great. Local bakeries and shopping available.

В доме три спальни, хорошо оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина. Вся техника ухоженная, в рабочем виде. Кондиционера нет, но в каждой комнате вентиляторы. Дом старый и отделка требует ремонта, но всё чистое и ухоженное. Рядом с домом в маленьком проезде можно парковать машину, что является большим преимуществом. До пляжа минут 15 пешком. В 5 минутах ходьбы большой магазин, пекарня. До центра пешком далековато, мин 40. Но ходит общественный транспорт. Мы иногда ездили машине, тк в центре много подземных парковок. В целом отличное сочетание цены и качества. Нам всё понравилось.
