Good Location. 10 Min walk from Monaco Gare Station. 2-3 min walk to Carrefour convenience store 1 min walk to a Pizza shop Bus service to Monaco is across the street from the unit Bus service from Nice Airport stops about 10 min walk from the unit Host was extremely friendly and checked in on me. Unit was small but perfect for me. I was alone. Kitchen is equipped. Wifi worked well. Smart tv that had your typical YouTube and other apps If you are visiting Monaco and want something affordable and convenient, this is a great location

The ovner was really relaxed and will to let me go to the property earlier. Otherwise I would lose whole day and couldnt see my friends. That was very helpful and kind of him. People around and ovner was very kind and understanding. I never had such a good expierience before. Also the apartment is more intependent and because of that you can feel like you would live there and be a part of French local community.

Easy to access from the train station, the host was very helpful with navigation instructions as well as that of checking in. Everything you will need for a comfortable home away from home.
