Excellent location. Less than 5 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais near le Negresco. 15 minute walk to the old town. Plenty of breakfast places near the apartment and a Carrefour City right around the corner for your grocery needs. Clean and modern facility.

Everything was exceptional, it is located close to the center, the seafront and the means of transport and yet in a quiet area. The supermarket is just around the corner. The host is very kind, welcoming and comes to meet the customers. The equipment of the apartment is modern, functional. The beds are soft and comfortable, even the 2 sofa beds are excellent.

The property check in arrangements were excellent. We were met by Natalia and she helped us get settled in. There is lots of space and a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is large and has a double sink. There is no bathtub though. The small commode is across the hall but doesn’t have a sink. If someone is using the bathroom you have to go to the kitchen to wash your hands. The weather was very warm in Nice for the week we stayed. The AC in the lounge cooled the flat and the integral fan-lights in the rooms made it just about bearable to sleep. There are only sheer curtains in the bedrooms so no blackout option for those who need it. The shutters and enclosed location helps reduce direct sunlight though. The location of the flat is perfect for a family. Close to lots of amenities, the beach, train station and shops. It is far enough away so you are not disturbed if you want some tranquility.
