- I accept the responsibility to return the accommodation in the condition I received it and to cover the cost of any repairs or any damage that occurs during my stay due to my own fault or negligence or that of a member of my roommates or any of our supervisors.
- The property is not responsible for loss or damage to your luggage, contents or personal effects during your stay.
- The property reserves the right to retain your credit/debit card details and charge such amounts as it deems appropriate to compensate or restore the loss and expenses incurred by our property as a result of the foregoing.

- The property reserves the right to charge for unpaid account balances after departure.
- There is a safe in the accommodation. Please store all your valuables and money in the safety deposit box. The property has no responsibility in case of loss or theft.
- Pets are allowed upon request, with an extra charge of €150,00 per week, provided they are well trained, and not shedding on the furniture.
