Great location, and within walking distance to the restaurants, the shops, and the lake.

Lovely flat, I think we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom flat, and we really appreciate the gesture and quality of flat. Location is great, pretty Mountain views, but third floor with no lifts so not for the unfit.

Good location to visit the old centre of Annecy. Parking is not too difficult even at that side of the town which is near to the centre. Clean, practical, comfortable, ..., nothing to complain.
