The location of the apartment was incredible - a perfect not-so-touristy base for exploring Paris. The streets around us have some of the best bakeries and patisseries in Paris. The host was very responsive and easy to get in touch if we had an issue in the apartment.
The apartment is located in a particularly exciting and central part of Paris, right around the corner from the Rue Montorgeuil with its wealth of restaurants and food shops of all types. The apartment is a cozy haven perfect for a solo traveler, very well thought out and stylish. The kitchen is compact but contains all the essentials, including a Nespresso coffeemaker and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment with ice. There is also a washer-dryer combo as well as an efficient heated towel rack. The loft bedroom is not like some, which are more like bunk beds, but instead has a large, very comfortable mattress and room for a desk and shelves. Pierre was exceptionally welcoming, emailing to make sure I had all I needed, and stopping by to greet me and say farewell. 100% satisfactory!
The location was absolutely fantastic for us. The building was friendly and quiet. We felt very secure there. The kitchen as well equipped and we had everything that we could possibly need.
The only thing that we would say that would improve the apartment would be a railing on the stairs. Our host was in touch with us, and we appreciated the contact.
