Wonderful hosts. Charming mountain house. The location is a small hillside village with narrow lanes, but it’s worth the trouble.
Fantastic accommodation and incredibly friendly hosts. Super clean, comfortable and a beautiful property. Hidden in a little village you feel like you are going back in time. Highly recommended! Do yourself a favour and also order the breakfast and try the local cheese. Unforgettable experience!

A wonderful old house with exceptional hosts in a stunning rural location but only 4km to everything
You have to take the name of the accommodation literally: Guest room of the upholsterer (or carpet maker): Many of the textiles on the wall, floor or furniture are made by the owner himself. Next to it, an exciting smorgasbord of furniture and decorative objects, as well as a wine press vat of three cubic metres carved into the stone in the courtyard. A swarm of bees as a welcome. The bees were not interested in us, however, but in the honeycombs in the beekeeper's studio that had not yet been spun. It was also amazing how the charm of the old buildings was preserved despite comfortable furnishings.Very exciting, and together with the courteous owner (the upholsterer was on his way), who served freshly prepared galettes in the morning, a special overnight experience.
