This was one of our favorite stays on our bike trip through Bourgogne. Beautiful old, traditional horse farm right off the canal. Comfortable and clean room and modern bathroom and personal dining room/living room. Almost like our own little apartment. Our very welcoming host served a generous breakfast directly in our dining room that included home made waffles, sunflower honey and jam. There was a secure place to keep our bikes overnight in the barn.
We would definitely stay there again, it was a special one of a kind place. There was even a foal born there that day!
We had a wonderful time, the breakfast was delicious, the scenery was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay!!
The accommodation was a terrific positive surprise. It was clean, beautifully decorated, not too much, but very soothing, and most important, very spacious.
In addition, Blondine was a wonderful host, always friendly, and always there to ensure our comfort and to advise on the locality.
This is one of the best Chambre d’hote we have stayed in. A beautiful farm setting, yet within easy reach of commercial facilities.
We were keen to cycle the area, and in particular, the Canal de Borgogna was a fantastic ride, free from road traffic.
A highly recommended place to stay for a peaceful rest or stop-over.
The communication before our arrival was friendly and forthcoming. We were welcomed very warmly and showed around the nice place. The place is a little remote but it was exactly as we wished it to be and we spent a very calm and good night. The breakfast was very good. We felt welcome and quite at home. Thank you very much.
Great location to visit MuseoParc Alesia and the statue! You can’t be closer. Magnificent!
