The office is located in the apartment building. A very nice person is always available to answer any questions and help in exceptional situations, such as ordering rescue services.
The view from the balcony to Mont Blanc was amazing. Although dated, the room was very clean and contained everything needed. It's a great place to stay especially for solo travellers. For two people with a lot of luggage it might be a bit small.
The central location was great. Easy access on arrival. The apartment was clean warm and cosy. As a lone traveller i felt very safe.
It’s just enough space for 2 people, although we had a big suitcase which, when we opened, took most of the floor space. Everything was very clean, you have a small kitchen with everything you need, also a small fridge. Nice complimetary bottle of wine which we enjoyed on the nice balcony. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Chamonix, but in a more relaxed area (we were there during UTMB), with a lot of useful things nearby, like supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. I very much appreciated the small set we received for dish cleaning (sponge, soap, cloth).
Very good location, fabulous view to the mountains, the apartment was well-equipped.
