We stayed last year and the difference was significantly positive this time. They improved lots of points, cleanliness, amenities. Really enjoyed the stay and would be going back for sure.
Only a 5 minute walk from M1 line metro station. A nice first floor studio apartment, among modern, glass buildings. Has a big balcony and an ashtray, which is very convenient for smokers, and is a nice gesture from the owner. The flat had all the amenities (electric kettle, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, great WIFI, etc.), a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. If you are coming to attend an event or concert at La Defense Arena, this is the place for you. One metro stop, or about 20-30 minutes walk down a well lit boulevard to the venue, but 30-40% percent cheaper than nearby hotels.

- the apartment is close to a metro station (less than 3 minutes walk)
- small and cousy apartment with a nice balcony with a table set for wonderful breakfasts/dinners
- well equipped kitchen, has almost everything you need (fridge, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker)
- great coffee machine (needs special coffee pods, you can buy them in a supermarket), thanks to the host there was a small supply of those available in the kitchen
- there was no electric kettle, but the awesome induction hob can boil a pot of water in a couple of minutes
- the apartment was equipped with all kinds of appliances (washing machine, iron, hair dryer, TV)
- the bed was very comfortable
- the bed sheets and towels were fresh and clean
- there was a couple of toothbrush sets (2 toothbrushes and 2 tiny toothpastes) kindly prepared for us by the host
