Apartment true to the description and pictures, located on 4th floor with easy elevator access. Very pleasant open views of the town from living room and bedroom windows. Very clean. Kitchen and bathroom functional with nice hot water. Rain shower was very pleasant and had plenty of water pressure. Electric heaters worked very well and made our stay cozy in early January.
Free parking was always available right in front of the building. The location was great for us. Host was responsive, friendly and flexible with check out time.
Location was excellent for exploring Saumur. Very good instructions for getting in. Well equipped kitchen and comfy furniture
Homely, cosy apartment. On 4th floor (with a lift) overlooking trees and the chateau in the distance. It was well equipped to allow cooking.

We were not provided with the unique code for the door to the appartment. It took 4 phone calls before we could get into the apartment. It was obviously an oversight, it has to be added to the standard instruction set for enery booking. Whilst the system works the proprieter must make sure the 6 digit code is included in emailed instructions.
Everything was great - the space, the light, the location, the comfort, cleanliness!
I will come back!
