Appartamento piccolo, ma funzionale a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e ad una decina di minuti dalla spiaggia. Piano terra con giardino, aria condizionata e divano letto. Cucina abbastanza equipaggiata e condominio silenzioso. Parcheggio all'interno del condominio. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile.
