Studio super bien équipé avec une vue imprenable sur le port et gros plus : le parking et la situation de l'immeuble un peu au dessus du port ce qui fait qu'il est au calme alors qu'on peut descendre en 5min dans le port animé. Arrivée facile en voiture loin de la galère des files d'attente dans le vieux port.
