It was very cute with all the necessary facilities including a coffee machine and a little kitchen and microwave. Very close to the station but also very quiet at night.
Very good location, rather quiet too. It is very small so it’s ideal for a very short stay. Simply decorated, with everything you need. Did not use the stove or microwave but they are there if needed. It’s self check in, the lockbox is easy to find (contrary to some of the reviews here). The owner seems available and happy to help if you need anything.
Very nice little studio with all amenities. Helpfull owner. Closed to main station, metro, city center. Next door to a boulangerie where you can stay and have a nice coffee with croissants! 800 m from a small supermarket Intermarché. Lovely food with a traditionnal crêperie "place de la gare" and plenty of restaurants around.
Out of all the places we stayed in France this summer, this was our favorite by far. I can't recommend it highly enough. Rennes is an adorable town that's perfect for visiting the rest of Brittany, and this studio was ideally located for day trips -- we could roll out of bed and be on the train twenty minutes later. The bed was nice, the eating nook was cozy, there was a stack of brochures that guided us through a whole day of biking around town, and there was lots of good food right around the corner. We got in well after midnight and still had no trouble checking in. If you're visiting northern France, prioritize coming to Rennes, and stay here!
