The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Everything one needs is available. The host is very kind and supportive. Check-in and check-out is very easy. The area is very nice and convenient as transport. There is a big supermarket just across the street. It is 30 mins nice walk to the old town but also a tram and buses nearby to the centre and the museums of Chagall and Matisse. Thanks to Jeff for this nice place and his kindness.
We liked the below:
1. The apartment was very clean, and the hosts were very polite.
2. The apartment was close to important bus stations such as those that went to Eze and Monaco.
3. It was a 15-minute walk from the port. Very good location.
4. It was really good value for money.

Amazing accommodation! Very lovely apartment, the outside terrace is great! The host was super kind and helpful and the apartment is in a great location - Nice Riquier is a 5 min walk away and bus and tram stops to centre are super close. Would definitely stay again!
Great location, very clean, quiet and comfortable for 2 persons. Equipped with everything you need. Small, quiet flat, with plenty supermarkets nearby, bus routes, train station 2 minutes by foot to go to Cannes or Monako. 30 min by foot to a beach. Very convenient, and we really appreciated the early check-in offered by the host. We arrived at 10 AM, and his wife was kindly waiting for us. Great support from a host each time you need. Definitelly will visit this place again!
