The Chateau itself is beautiful and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The hosts were exceptional, and went way beyond what could be expected, including providing transport for us to tourist destinations, into town and to the airport when we left. Overall a wonderful experience and a great start to a French holiday.

Amazing place, very friendly family running the place. The breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant accros the street is nothing special, but OK.

We came here for a night as part of our honeymoon. There are beautifully surroundings - we enjoyed a cycle around the lake and watching the olympic rowers training. The building is very unique and grand. There was an incredible view of the lake from the garden. The room was tastefully appointed with all modern conveniences whilst maintaining the grandeur of the building. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety. The host was very friendly and introduced us to the building with some of his small children in tow which was charming. The host also gave us some good tips of local sights to see, including Turenne. We would definitely come back.

Magnificent chateau in a great location overlooking the lake. Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Great breakfast in the kitchen of the chateau, which is unique, and super friendly staff.

This was such an idyllic setting and so neat to stay in such a historic chateau. We loved the chateau and the whole area was beautiful to explore. Thank you to Cecile and Nicola for hosting us.
