This place was very apt in terms of going to the main places, The place is within zone 3 limits, which was a great help. The place has the necessary supermarkets, restaurants, etc.
Very quiet neighboured. Will recommend it for a family of 4. The host was super helpful.

The location was exactly the same as on the photos. The host was very friendly and helpful. Good beds and it was very clean. Public transportation is just a 10 minute walk, including grocery stores. It is a perfect place for a citytrip to Paris. Next time we go, we will book it again.
The place is situated in a quiet and pleasant area though it is not in the city, it is convenient with 10 minutes walking to M13. The room is cosy and comfortable. Nicholas is so nice and approachable, who kept my pre ordered travel pass and responded every question in detail.
