Appartamento per due persone molto pulito e accogliente. Letto comodo, cucina attrezzata, zona verde e molto silenziosa. Posizione perfetta per visitare i dintorni .
Le caractère très pratique (tout l’essentiel regroupé en 55m2 : rangements, TV, cuisine, frigo, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, salle de bain, chambrette, canapé lit, table, terrasse…), la belle vue
Loft très propre, situé sous le logement principal mais avec une entrée indépendante.
La possibilité de contacter rapidement la propriétaire en cas de problème ou question.
La sécurité des lieux (volet)
L’emplacement, proche de la ville de Clermont Ferrand et du Puy de Dôme (et de la chaîne des volcans) mais au calme dans un quartier relativement résidentiel
Logement très agréable et fonctionnel. Bien équipé. Dans une maison avec plusieurs location également à côté. Très propre.
Uno dei migliori appartamenti in cui sono stato. Non enorme, ma perfettamente curato nei minimi dettagli, arredato con gusto, con tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno in famiglia. Giardino davanti ed in zona residenziale, anche se vicino a servizi. Vicinissimo ai parchi Vulcani e ai Puy, consigliatissimo!!
