The location couldn't be better for a tourist in Nice. Everything was walkable, but if you didn't feel like walking, the buses and trams ran almost outside the door. Because of the location, we were able walk to interesting restaurants each night and to see Monaco, Eze, and Grass by public transport without much effort. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-kept. Large enough to spread out. We loved looking out onto the pedestrian area from the balcony. There is a beautiful park across the street filled with kids, dogs, and couples walking—a great place for a little picnic. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with cooking gear. It was nice to have a bedroom with a very comfortable mattress and closet. It was a fantastic stay, and I look forward to staying again.
Excellent location and loved the bakery downstairs. Washing machine was a bonus and full kitchen equipped with all you need!
We loved everything about this property. The location was excellent, right near restaurants, shopping, and trams, with a park across the street. The property was furnished with the finest of everything - the bed was the most comfortable we’ve encountered with 2 soft pillows and 2 firm (to choose). Top notch!

Everything about this apartment is wonderful. The pictures don't show an entire larger living room. Most spacious and comfortable place I've stayed in all of Europe.
