The apartment is in a great location. It's within an easy walking distance of the centre. There are shops, restaurants and bars close by. Overall, a perfect place to stay for a few days to see the sights of Lille.
The apartment was very comfortable with a good bed, well equipped kitchen and plenty of hot water and a nice shower. It was great to have the balcony and a lift. If you don't mind a bit of a walk this is a very good location. The Palais Beaux Arts is 10 minutes away, Gare Lille Flanders 20 minutes and Gare Lille Europe 30 minutes. It is a nice location with a park and shop just up the road and lots of cafes and bars around. There are buses and the metro is 10 minutes away. We never met any staff but we had courteous, timely and clear messages with check in instructions and guidance on how to find the flat.

Posizione molto buona, abbastanza vicina alla stazione metro Beaux Arts, e a circa 15 minuti dal centro. Appartamento molto confortevole dotato di angolo cottura e letto molto comodo.
Posizione abbastanza centrale, a 10 minuti dalla metropolitana. L'appartamento era esattamente come descritto nelle foto, molto pulito e confortevole, forse il bagno è leggermente datato ma comunque tutto perfettamente funzionante, acqua calda disponibile senza problemi. Angolo cottura fornito di tutte le comodità, per quanto ci si possa aspettare da un angolo con dimensioni limitate ovviamente. Apprezzatissima la presenza della macchina per il caffè. Letto un po' basso, ma molto comodo. Come anche segnalato nella descrizione, dalla strada sottostante a volte arrivano degli schiamazzi notturni, che a me non davano fastidio, ma che comunque si sentono. Giustamente gli host consigliano di munirsi di tappi per le orecchie per chi avesse il sonno leggero. Bravi comunque a segnalarlo.
