Logement lumineux, bien équipé et fonctionnel.
Suffisant pour cuisiner.
Authentique on entend le chant des mouettes.

Idéalement situé pour les découvertes à pied de la ville. Proximité port et centre ville.
Nous avons apprécié l arrivée et le départ en toute autonomie ainsi que la communication avec le gestionnaire ou propriétaire des lieux.
Nous avons apprécié l'amabilité et la flexibilité de la conciergerie (changement d'horaire d'arrivée). L'appartement était parfaitement propre. Le lit est tout à fait confortable (oreillers à changer tout de même). La machine à laver/sécher est très pratique et des pastilles de lessive, de lave-vaisselle, des produits cosmétiques sont fournis, ce qui est très appréciable. La décoration et le chauffage performant font de l'appartement un endroit très cosy. Très belle vue sur St Malo et très bien situé, Petit casino bien pratique à proximité. Parking sans problème, mais payant à moins de marcher 10 bonnes minutes.
