Clear communication. Timely response from hosts in response to a small problem. The accommodation is very special, we didn’t want to leave.
An amazing historical building, you can see the entire city from the rooftop (free access), the free parking, and some gardens around.
Very good communication with the host.
The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.
We liked the selection of books and decorations :)
As a devotee of brutalist architecture, when my partner decided he wanted to visit Marseille for his birthday, Le Corbusier was the only place to stay. Michele is a fabulous host, very patient with my schoolgirl french! The apartment was outstanding - I will never forget the stunning sunset on our last night - you get resident access to the roof terrace as a bonus. The area is nice, with a great bakery, supermarket etc a few minutes from the property; we self catered all 4 nights and there was everything we needed to do so comfortably - and beat RyanAirs baggage restrictions as able to pack less clothes, do our laundry and leave more room to take home treats. This was our first stay in Marseille, and we will definitely be back. I cannot recommend this apartment/ location/ city enough!!
