We rented the top apartment, which had stunning views over Ajaccio bay. The street was in a very quiet location, while shops and restaurants were a 5-10 minute drive away. Excellent restaurants close by, as well as several beautiful beaches. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful - they talked us through the info binder, but also invited us over for drinks and gave several other tips on which beaches and towns to visit, and where to go to catch a ferry to Ajaccio. They also check out the restaurants prior to the start of each season, so we were confident we were going to really nice places. The garden was also beautiful, and the pool very well maintained (although still pretty chilly when we were there - I was able to swim though). Oh, and there was a turtle in the garden!
