The house is new and well furnished.
The bed is comfortable and so is the sofa.
The position is very good, you can leave the car in the garage and walk to the sea and to the center.
The parking spot is very useful, as it is not easy to park otherwise.

The property was so close to the beach and the train station so there was easy access to neighbouring cities like Nice and Monaco. It was very clean and was so close to cafes and shops.
Location, Value for the money, Garage ( My VW Touran fit but it's not recommended for big SUV), quiet place. Very efficient air conditioning and good WI FI.
