Absolutely worth the price I think. The contact with the owner was great, she was very helpful and nice to write with. It was quite a cozy place to spend a few days, there is a nice Carrefour just 10-15 minutes walk to the west, and the train station 10-15 minutes to the east from where you easily can get anywhere on the riviera. Everything worked well. Be prepared for a lot of stairs however, both to get to the train station and to the beach! Great for leg health though ;) The apartment was silent, no disturbance from car traffic, etc.
Cosy studio with full equipment, ideal location near Monaco and Roquebrune village and very available host.
The beach has stunning views, majestic hills and enchanting forests.

Location and the view was absolutely breathtaking and the hostess was really kind and polite.
I stayed at Laura's flat several times as I liked the price and amenities ratio. Some previous guests mentioned uncomfortable issues; however, they were all sucessfully solved, so last time I checked in the perfectly clean flat where a guest was awaited and welcomed.
Despite Laura's flat being very simple and not new, it has everything (washing machine, good wifi, Netflix, coffee machine) for a comfortable and quiet staying near Monaco, as well as close to the beach and a wonderful sea track. If you need a bus, the bus stops are just down and up the stairs. By foot, you can reach the beach in 15 minutes and Monaco in 20.
