It has a perfect location surrounded by a lot of restaurants and supermarkets.Nearby the metro and bus stations.Clean and quiet facility. Provides breakfast at one of the nearby restaurants.A good experi6of the parisina life.
You don't need to use any transportation except to go to distant areas like airports or Disneyland. You can walk everywhere. (Louvre museum, Notre-Dame, Saint Germain, D'orsay museum, Eiffel, Tuileries Garden...)
There are many restaurants, pubs, markets and bakeries around the house.

They gave us breakfast from the little store below the building. The decoration was nice and the apartment had a full kitchen with cleaning supplies.
Location was great, though it is on a very active street above some bars so it stays fairly loud until about midnight. The size is fine for 2 people and would be a bit crowded with 3. It's very easy to access any of the train/metro stations. Also, the property manager point of contact was extremely friendly and helpful. For example, late one night, all the power in the apartment unexpectedly went out. The property manager contact was very responsive even thought it was so late, and he taught me over txt messages how to reset the switches to turn the power back on. French circuit breakers look a bit different than American ones ;)
