Good windows -as there sre noisy bars around
Good location - bus and tram on both sides and the train station to travel to other cities.
And local market, of course.

The apartment itself is newer and very clean. The owner is super helpful and responsive. The amenities are excellent.

Nous étions au centre ville, et pas loin de la plage , dans le quartier il y avait des commerces à proximité
Le balcon était agréable ainsi que le lit King size confortable.
La clim était très utile.
Dans l'appartement il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. L'hôte était très agréable et efficace. Je recommande sans hésiter.
