Customer service was great,
Our flight cancel because of Strike in Orly Airport,
Customer service department changed our reservation dates,
Modified and refund 1 day cost.
Booking Customer service didnt Support and solve the case, didnt even care of it.

Apartment is very clean and usefull.
Check-out time little early,
10:00 am on Sunday with 3 kids very difficult to pack and leave the apartment.

The location, the comfortable beds and excellent shower. It was clean and spacious. Lots of TVs although we didn’t use them.
The location is very good, and the place is spacious. This has been the best choice since I arrived in Paris. I will definitely come back again.The lighting in the living room would be more perfect if it were a little brighter.
