Excellent host who was able to get the apartment ready for our early arrival as the previous guests left early.
The apartment isn't large but what an excellent use of the space and it has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. This was by far the best terrace we've had in any of the apartments we've stayed in, in Nice. It is near the Alsace Lorraine tram stop and Nice Ville station so easy access to get around and to go out of Nice. Lovely walk to the sea and from there to the old town. Boulangerie and supermarket round the corner. We would 100% stay again.
Charming, comfortable, well-designed and well-equipped; many kitchen staples provided. The main balcony was lovely, private and nicely furnished.

Thierry is an excellent host. The apartment is beautifully decorated. We made great use of the main balcony.
The apartment was pretty much perfect for us. Nicely thought out, airy, decent bed and sofa, reliable wi-fi and lovely views from the balcony. You could sit in the sun and have breakfast on one side of the apartment, then switch to the larger terrace on the other side for the sun in the afternoon. Lovely and quiet, effective aircon and it’s in a great, friendly neighbourhood. Easy walk to the trams, buses and main train station.
